The Pura Vida Life – Staycation Living at its Best!

Everyone wants to live their best life. It’s the elusive HOW that makes most of us falter at least a little in our pursuit of happiness.

Costa Rica is light years ahead of most of the world in this department due to their natural culture and attitude towards the everyday. If you visit the beautifully scenic streets and villages of Costa Rica, you will inevitably be gifted a big grin, thumbs up and hearty Pura Vida as you pass. Although the settiment is clear from the happy faces of the Ticos..what are they trying to say?

The term “Pura Vida” has been present in Costa Rica’s vocabulary for over 50 years. It’s English translation means “pure life” or “simple life”, however its more then just a phrase- it is a way of life. … Costa Ricans (Ticos) use this term to say hello, goodbye, or just to let you know to chill and enjoy <3
This attitude is built into the culture and most Ticos enjoy a balanced life living close to the land surrounded by family. Each day is enjoyed for what it is, they are present in their everyday lives.
Staycation living and Pura Vida go hand in hand. Both celebrate the everyday moments and encourage to create happiness in daily living. Perhaps that is one of the reasons |Ive  been drawn back so many times to its amazing green expanses.
If you are looking for a Summer escape in Nature with wonderful people that encourage you to enjoy the moment, Costa Rica should be high on your list.  My awesome 5 day all inclusive packages to Osa begin in January for those that want a guided & curated experience of the best of Wild Costa Rica.
