Let my team & I assist you in finding the perfect place to call home in the Osa. Most rentals in CR never hit Air B n B or any other rental platform. The best places are found through word of mouth and who you know. My team and I will give you an edge to find the best possible home for you.
We will meet with you for an online video chat to talk about your plans, hopes and dreams along with budget. We will talk about the all the details including what to expect, culture, medical, food, taxes, border runs and more.
Armed with all your needs and clear understanding of what you hope to achieve during your time in Costa Rica, we will then find you a minimum of 3 rental choices within our agreed upon criteria. This will include pictures and video walk throughs when available. Rentals are a very hot commodity in the best areas and tend to move quite quickly. You must be prepared to make a decision.
We will also act as a go between between the landlord and our client to secure the rental and ensure all details are looked after making your life easy.

- Secheduled 1 hour video call to ascertain dates, needs/budget, go over details of the Peninsula and any other details to ensure we find you the perfect property!
- My team will jump into action to find you at least 3 options with the criteria we have agreed on. These will be forwarded by email to you. Timeline will vary.
- Follow up voice or video call to go over options and choose a rental property.
- Assistance securing the Rental with deposit and communicating with the landlord.
What’s NOT included?
- Transport to or from Drake Bay
- Utility or other service hook ups
- Furniture or appliances needed
- Any Renegotitations between you and landlord after rental term.
- Bank or transaction fees for paying rent or utilities
- Wifi
- Data Plan
How to get to the Osa?
How do I get there ?
Depending on where you are coming from there are many options!
Drake Bay is located in the very South Pacific on Costa Rica, only a few hours from Panama. Depending on how quickly you want to arrive, there are quite a few options. Let me know if you need help arranging your transport from Drake Bay.
By Air: Drake Bay is served by a small airport and can be reached directly from either of the international airports or many cities in Costa Rica! Small carriers come & go but the national airline Sansa is always there. This small hopper plans takes only appx 35 minutes over rugged, spectacular coastline to reach us.
By Car: Rent a 4×4 and prepare for a crazy adventure. The road from San Jose down to the coast and along the pacific highwy is decent and will take you appx 6-7 hours. The drive from Palmar Northe requires a 4 x 4 and can flooded out. You may also park the car at Sierpe and take the boat in as below.
By Bus: Grab a bus from the San Jose trapoca station for an affordable and easy way to the coast. These large greyhound type buses will take you as far as Palmar Northe or Sierpe.
By Boat: Do like the locals and take the River Taxis from the town of Sierpe up the river and over to our main beach! they will drop you off minutes from your accommodations.

We will go over details of what is best to bring with you (depending on your needs), what will be included in your rental and what you may purchase when on location.

Terms & Conditions
We will be with you and take care of details up to your acceptance of the property and move in.
This service does not include ongoing support or interference between you and the landlord or any changes that take place AFTER the rental term we have negotiated. You will communicate directly with the landlord unless special arrangements are made.
Consultation Fee of $195 is non refundable and covers our services, even if you decide not to rent a property. An additional 10% of the first monthly rent or minumum of $200 USD is due with deposit on your rental for securing the property for you. Examples.. If your monthly rent is 1500 USD/ mnth your cost will be $195 US plus $200 on signing for the property you choose.
