Experience the Good Life with me!
Simple, authentic living in Nature.
What does living the good life mean to you?
For me, living the good life is being at one with nature next to the sea. Daily exercise is easily met by every day rituals. The food is fresh, abundant, delicious and healthy. Waking up every day to sunrise and the sounds of birds and soft waves in the background. Community and friends. These are the magical ingredients that combine to make life a simple joy. I have been blessed to experience this life in quite a few places all over the world but my soul resounds loudest in Drake Bay, Costa Rica.
In the last 48 hours I have walked to my favourite hidden lagoon, hung my hammock in dampled shade under the giant mango tree and then floated on fresh water with epic views of the ocean. Visited with new friends on their deck overlooking the beach and been introduced to the boa that lives in their wood pile. Stand up paddled at sunrise under perfect pink skies and calm waters to come back in time to meet the incoming fishermen and snag 4 snappers for this weeks meals. After my work is finished (from my hammock) I will join a friend to visit another glorious beach nearby for an epic sunset and pippa searching. The drive alone through endless dirt and rock laden cliff roads surrounded by primary/ secondary rain forest will be an epic adventure on to itself. Each day is full, never boring and feeds my soul.
This is why I have loved sharing these things, simple pleasures and also epic experiences in person with my clients over the last 5 years. Getting back to simple life, pure joys surrounded by amazing landscapes and creatures. Did I mention the food?
